The e-Profile fact sheets are billboard fact sheets which the system automatically generates for you. They are made available in full color with the photograph and map of the billboard included in the fact sheet.
When a prospective client expresses interest in one of your signs, you can respond quickly by sending them a professional looking e-Profile fact sheet of the sign. This fact sheet can be e-mailed to multiple recipients at once with a click of the mouse.
Best of all, you avoid costly mailings and copying charges when sending out paper fact sheets. If you need to print out the fact sheet the printing feature will provide you with a professional looking fact sheet.
Proposal & Contract
The proposal management module provides quick and easy quotes, but does not commit your inventory to any bookings until a firm contract has been set up. This is an excellent tool for communicating with prospective clients.
bManage has a very powerful, intuitive and user friendly contract management module. You can create either a simple contract for renting one billboard face, or use the module to create complex rotaries based on required GRPs and managing multiple faces with various date requirements.
