The contract module is at the heart of the bSelect system. It drives all billing activity for the company including the generation of invoices & PO’s.
User has the ability to monitor uploaded signed vendor and customer contracts, instantly update contract line items, and send current Proof of Performance Links.
Once contract is created it can be sent immediately to the client via email.
Contracts are flexible and can support monthly, periodic, weekly and daily charges. Contract begins billing process once it has been electronically uploaded and approved. POP’s are easily accessible and emailed to your clients through the contract POP button.
Through our online accounting interface, you will be able to track your contracts and see at a glance what status they are in.
Each Sales Executive’s profile is confidential to them and the accounting department. Complete revenue reports can be generated and made available to the user.
